Cydonia Technologies ("we", "our", "us") owns and operates the easyNPPE web application ("App", "Service"). Your use of this App is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") specified on this page. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you do not have permission to use this App.
Payments
Our App offers various subscription packages, including Basic and Premium. Our App uses third-party services to process payment and complete Subscription purchases. While Cydonia Technologies does not directly view or store your payment data, the information you supply during the payment process is managed according to the privacy policy of the respective third-party payment provider. We recommend reviewing their policies before completing any transaction. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
App Usage, Errors, and Availability
This App is intended for use in Canada. We rely on multiple 3rd party services when providing this App, such as 3rd party cloud computing, storage, and App delivery platforms. Hence, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of our Service. Although we strive to provide accurate information, we do not take responsibility for errors or incorrect information that may appear on this App. We reserve the right to change or update the App information without prior notice and to refuse Service, remove, or edit content at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property (IP) and Copyright
The App and its original content are properties of Cydonia Technologies. We respect the copyright and IP of others, and all 3rd party content is clearly referenced.
Pass or Refund Guarantee
We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our App, offering a "pass or refund" guarantee under specific conditions:
- Eligibility: This guarantee is exclusive to users who purchase our Premium package.
- Quiz Completion: Users must complete all quizzes within the App.
- Achievement Level: Users must achieve a cumulative score of 85% or higher across all quizzes.
- Study Material: Users must read all study material within the App.
Should a user meet these conditions but fail their NPPE exam, they can claim a full refund for the Premium package. To do so:
- Contact us using the contact form.
- Provide the original email from your Association confirming your exam results. Forwarded emails will not be accepted.
Upon verification, the refund will be processed. We reserve the right to verify claims and may refuse refunds if discrepancies are found or if conditions aren't met.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cydonia Technologies, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your usage of the easyNPPE App. The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis, without any warranties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
